Koodo cellular phones can be purchased directly from Koodo's website or retail stores. The company also sells phones through partnerships with stores like Walmart, Best Buy and Black's, as of 2015. Koodo retail stores are common in malls across Canada.
Koodo Mobile offers phones for purchase with the Tab system of payment. Tab allows customers to reduce the cost of a new phone by up to $500. The different Tabs, which range from Tab Small to Tab Large, add a low monthly charge on to each phone bill to pay off the tab in 24 months or less.
Koodo has a variety of Android, Windows and iOS phones for purchase. Brands include Samsung, HTC, Nexus, Nokia and Apple. Phone plans are monthly or prepaid and range from $30 to $95. Additional features, such as U.S. texting and long distance minutes, can be added on for a monthly fee. Canada-wide calling is available on all plans, so no long distance fees accrue when calling across Canada. E-bills can be viewed online and paid by logging onto the Koodo website and making a payment.
Koodo Mobile has an extensive 4G LTE network with coverage across most of Southern Ontario, Alberta, parts of British Columbia and the Maritime provinces.
