To broadcast your videos on YouTube, create a Google account and upload the videos stored on your computer by using the YouTube interface. Alternatively, enable the Live Events feature in your account, and broadcast the video content live by streaming it to your audience.
To upload a video, navigate to YouTube and sign in with your existing or newly created Google account. Click on the Upload button, and select the Public, Unlisted or Private privacy setting. Click on the red button in the middle of the screen, select the video file you wish to upload, and click Open. You can also drag the video file onto the red button to automate the process. Before the uploading process completes, add basic information to your video, choose the option to notify your subscribers and modify the advanced settings, if desired.
Once the upload process completes, YouTube should contact you via your email address, after which you can broadcast the uploaded video by selecting the Publish option. To enable the live streaming functionality, access the Features section in the YouTube settings and click on the Enable button next to the Live Events option. To broadcast video content live, connect a webcam to your computer, select the Live Events option from the Video Manager section, select the desired encoder and click on the Start Streaming button.
