Customers can access their T-Mobile order status on the T-Mobile website. They can navigate to the website and click on Check Order Status at the bottom of the page. This page allows customers to check the status of a new line activation.
Customers who want to check the order status of a phone upgrade or exchange order can navigate to the UPS Tracking website, select the Track by Reference option, and enter their 10-digit phone number in the Shipment Reference text box. This 10-digit phone number refers to the phone number of the upgrade or exchange they ordered.
Customers whose address is a P.O. box, an APO/FPO address or in Hawaii can navigate to the U.S. Postal Service tracking website and enter their tracking number in the Enter Label/Receipt number text box.
