The Ahold Web Secure Application can be accessed through the same portal that you would use at work. Once you have visited the Ahold Web Secure Application sign in webpage, input your user ID and password to log on.
If you do not have access to your user ID and password, Ahold provides users with tools to recover them from home. Clicking the User ID and Password Assistance link takes you to a page so you can select your Ahold Associate location. Associates without a webpage for their locations must call the number for their operating company's help desk, provided on the page. All employees working for association locations with a webpage can either call a listed 1-800 number for assistance or use the linked self-service password reset application.
In the self-service password reset application, Ahold must verify your identity to ensure you are an employee. In the appropriate forms, enter in your social security number, birthday and last name. If your information matches the information Ahold has on record for you, this brings you to a page where you can reset your password. Here you must select and confirm a new password for your Ahold Web Secure Application account. Once you have selected a new password, you are able to access the Ahold Web Secure Application from home.
