Brother offers online troubleshooting advices for its printers on the company's website. To access this troubleshooting information, navigate to the Brother website, click Support in the menu bar at the top of the page, and enter a printer model number in the Search text box.
Alternatively, select Printers in the Product Group drop-down list on the Support page. When the Model drop-down list appears, select a printer model from the list. On the Product page, click the Frequently Asked Questions tab, click More Results. Click the link to a topic in the search results, or enter a question in the Question text box at the top of the page to find the answer.
