Bright House Network's bill-pay service allows customers to view and pay their bills online after they have registered their accounts online with My Services. Once the account is registered, the customer can choose from one-time payments or recurring payments.
On the My Services page under Account and Billing, the customer should click on Pay My Bill. From there, the Account Overview page opens, and the customer should select Bill Pay. Once the Pay Bill page has opened, the customer needs to choose if he wants to set up recurring payments, or make a one-time payment. Customers can pay their bills online with a credit or debit card or a checking account.
Customers who create an online account also gain access to other features as well as the ability to download the Bright Home Network mobile application. Other features of the My Services account include watching Bright Home Network programming, including access to HBO Go, MAX Go, FOX Sports and ESPN. Customers can also have access to Wi-Fi, view the TV listings and On Demand programming and program their DVRs. Customers who have phone service through Bright House Network can manage their voice mail and other phone features, as well as view outbound calling history.
