The Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier is located at 100 Bogue Inlet Drive, Emerald Isle, North Carolina. The pier draws attention and development to the west end of Emerald Isle, which became incorporated in 1957. W.B. McLean and George Spell, among Emerald Isles original developers, led the pier initiative. In 1971, the Stanley family bought the pier and are its current owners.
The Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier website features a full history of the structure and surrounding area, as well as lodging and events information, fishing reports, an annual catch board, a picture gallery, and links to community websites.
