After signing in to My Verizon, go to your account's My Bill page to view your bill. You may access your bill summary to know the overall charges for your account, view the charges for every line on your account, or check your calling, messaging and data usage.
The My Bill page allows you to view a bill online days ahead of your paper bill, access up to 18 months of previous bills and conveniently review high-level account summaries. To view past bills, choose your preferred month from the dropdown menu found at the top of the My Bill page. Account owners or managers are the only authorized users who can access billing information.
If you're an existing Verizon Wireless customer, you can instantly view your bill by logging onto My Verizon. However, if you're a new customer, you can access your billing information online 5 to 7 days after the bill cycle ends. Click Email and Text Alert Preferences to get alerts once your bill is available.
Online bills typically provide more information compared to paper bills, which do not include usage details for lines on your account. Enroll for paperless billing if you prefer to access your bill online without receiving a streamlined paper bill via mail. To do this, visit the Paperless Billing page and select Continue.
