To access an Apple ID, create one via the My Apple ID section on Apple.com, and use the account information you provided during the registration process to sign in to an Apple service. After accessing your Apple ID, manage the account, and set up security and privacy options.
Navigate to AppleID.Apple.com, click on the Create an Apple ID button, and enter your personal information and the email address that you want to associate with the Apple ID in the appropriate fields. Choose a password, and select three security questions that allow you to recover Apple ID account information in case you lose access to it. Select the desired language, and provide your mailing information to finalize the registration process.
Once you create the account, navigate to any Apple service that supports Apple ID, such as iCloud, iTunes, iBooks or the App Store, enter the email address and the password in the appropriate fields, and click on the Sign In button to access your Apple ID account through the selected service. To manage the account, sign in through the My Apple ID section on Apple.com, and use the options there to change the password, update the email address in case you’re using an older Apple ID account, and add an alternate email address through which you can reset the security questions if necessary.
