To activate 4G on a new mobile phone, obtain a SIM card from your provider, find the slot for a SIM card in your phone, and insert the card into it, making sure you place it in the correct position. Be careful not to touch golden connections on the SIM card during its installation. If the SIM card slot is under the battery, reassemble the phone, and follow manufacturer-specific onscreen instructions to activate 4G and complete the setup process.
