To view your Rogers account information, visit the MyRogers website and enter your login information or create a new online account if you don't already have one. Alternatively, download the iOS or Android app to your smart phone or tablet, and from there log in or create a new account as necessary. You can also check account information by contacting support by telephone.
Once you're logged in, MyRogers displays your current account balance with links to view your bill or make a payment. You also see your First Rewards balance with a link to redeem points, and your wireless, TV, Internet or home phone accounts with links to detailed information such as data usage or billing cycles. MyRogers also allows users to change account information, change plans as needed, suspend service in case of theft or upgrade devices.
To register a new account online, enter your email address on the registration page. Rogers then sends you a confirmation email with a temporary password that you use to log into your account for the first time. After being prompted to choose a new password, you're then taken through the registration form that connects your email account to your mobile or home device accounts.
