Depending on the version, Web content cannot be viewed without logging in or signing up with an access code. The 2005 version of Vocabulary Workshop Level C allows student users to freely access content without needing to register. Teachers, however, still have to log in or register to Sandlier-Oxford in order to gain access.

Vocabulary Workshop Level C offers an interactive audio program on the site. The vocabulary words are listed by unit. The user can then click on them in order to hear the word, as well as accompanying definitions and sentence examples, be read out loud by a speaker. The audio files take the form of playback for each of the 20 words in a unit or for download of each of the 15 units in Level C.
