To access the Boost Mobile My Account page, go to BoostMobile.com and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your phone number and PIN in the boxes and click Submit. The website then takes you to your My Account page.
On your My Account page, there are a number of things you can do regarding your account. You can view your account information and change that information, if necessary. You can view your account balance and add money to your account or make your next month's payment using a Re-Boost card or credit card. If you aren't sure when your next month's payment is due, you can check that on your My Account page as well.
You can also view your records of calls, messages and data, and see exactly how much you are paying for these things. If you are worried about security, you can change your PIN or your security question. Finally, you can update your handset or change your voicemail password.
If you forget your PIN and can't log in, you can click the Forgot your account PIN? option below the login information. You are asked to enter your phone number, and Boost sends you your PIN via text message.
