Trent Shelton is a motivational speaker and former wide receiver for the Baylor Bears. Shelton runs his nonprofit, RehabTime, in an effort to "promote change for the better" by demonstrating that "change starts with you," through the development of faith, self, fitness, relationships and leadership.
After going undrafted in 2007, Shelton was signed by the Indianapolis Colts, briefly spending time there on the practice squad, and eventually reaching the same fate with the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins. Following his release from the NFL and the birth of his son, Shelton began his mission to become the best person he could be, sharing motivational workout videos on various social media sites. Within a couple years, Shelton's work evolved into the creation of RehabTime, where he reaches up to 35 million viewers weekly. Shelton has also authored at least three self-help books.
