The standard team color of Real Madrid is white, which is often accented by black and blue or purple. The new team kit, introduced by adidas for the 2013-14 season, has incorporated a small amount of orange and charcoal at the neck, side trim and sleeves of the home uniform.
The Spanish team has donned the all-white home uniform nearly every year since it was founded in 1902. While the team's traditional away uniforms have been all-black or all-purple, the new issues introduced by adidas feature two-tone tops of an upper blue and lower purple. The two-tone tops are accompanied by blue shorts.
