"Golf is a good walk spoiled" is a quote by famous writer Samuel Langhorne Clemens under the pen name Mark Twain. Twain is known best for his famous works "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" and "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn."
The first of Twain's 28 books, "The Innocents Abroad," was published in 1869. Known as a humorist, he also authored numerous letters, sketches and short stories until his death in 1910.
