Since joining the NFL as an expansion team in 1960, the Dallas Cowboys have had dozens of quarterbacks lead them on the field, including Roger Staubach, Troy Aikman and Dandy Don Meredith. Each of these quarterbacks are Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees.
Along with Staubach, Aikman and Meredith, Tony Romo and Danny White round out the top five list of quarterbacks for number of starts and team career passing records, with each completing over 1,000 passes for over 2,000 yards. Craig Morton ranks sixth in starts and team career passing stats with 101 starts and 685 passes completed for over 1,300 yards. Other notable starting quarterbacks for the Dallas Cowboys include Eddie Lebaron, Quincy Carter, Eddie Cunningham and Vinny Testaverde.
