Cris Collinsworth played for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1981 to 1988. Over the course of his NFL career, Collinsworth played 107 games, had 417 receptions for 6,698 yards and scored 36 touchdowns.
Collinsworth was born in Dayton, Ohio on Jan. 27, 1959. He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville on an athletic scholarship and played for the Florida Gators from 1977 to 1980. He was drafted to the Cincinnati Bengals in 1981 and played the final game of his career at Super Bowl XXIII. After his retirement from professional football, Collinsworth began a career as a sports broadcaster, appearing on NBC, Fox and HBO.
