Full Answer

The Boone and Crockett Club scoring form calls for measuring the total number of points on both the right and left antlers and measuring the distance from the tip to the spread, the greatest spread and the inside spread of the antlers’ main beams. It also requires measurements for the total lengths of all abnormal points and the main beam. Once the hunter fills in all measurements, the online form automatically scores the antlers.

The Boone and Crockett Club offers PDF versions of deer antler scoring forms for free on its website, Boone-Crockett.org. It also offers forms for other big game, including elk, bison and caribou.
