Foil pouch meals offer short preparation times and require little to no clean-up. To make the Barbecued Salmon, prepare a glaze by combining 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Grill the fish on heavy foil and brush with the glaze mixture every five minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
Prepare the Turkey and Black Bean Chili in a large stock pot. Saute 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 large poblano chile, and 2 cloves of garlic in hot oil. Stir in 1 pound of ground turkey and cook until the meat fully browns. Add 2 cans of chopped tomatoes, 2 cans drained black beans, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, 3 tablespoons chili powder, 2 teaspoons ground cumin and 2 teaspoons sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add the juice of 1 lime, and salt and pepper to taste.
