Russell Wilson finished his college career at the University of Wisconsin. However, he only played one year in Wisconsin, as he transferred there after three years of playing football and baseball at the University of North Carolina.
In Wisconsin, Wilson set a single-season record for passing efficiency and led the team to a Big Ten title and a spot in the Rose Bowl. He finished that season ninth in the Heisman Trophy voting with 52 points. Wilson declared for the 2012 NFL draft. He was chosen in the third round by the Seattle Seahawks and helped the team win the Super Bowl in 2013.
