Eli Manning attended The University of Mississippi, also known as Ole Miss. He was a highly successful quarterback for the university's football team from 2000 to 2004 and won numerous awards, including the Maxwell Award and the SEC Player of the Year.
Eli Manning is the quarterback for the New York Giants, as of 2014. The San Diego Chargers originally selected him as the first overall pick in the 2004 NFL draft. However, he refused to sign with the team and was subsequently traded to the Giants. In his eleven seasons with the Giants, he won Super Bowls in 2007 and 2011 and was named most valuable player in both games. Manning is the younger brother of Denver Broncos quarterback, Peyton Manning, and son of former NFL quarterback, Archie Manning.
