As of August 2015, Magma and Kuma make grills that are safe on boats. Magma offers regular and party-size charcoal marine grills. The stainless steel kettle grills attach to boats' sides, fish rod holders, bulkheads or decks.
Stands also allow Magma grill usage on shore. The height and orientation of the grills adjust to allow better temperature control.
Kuma has several models of stainless steel gas marine grills, including compact sizes. Specific models feature removable liners, built-in thermometers, grease trays and latching lids. All of these grills have fold-away legs so they can sit on flat surfaces. Kuma grills use pedestals or bars to mount onto boats.
