To check Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association football scores, go to the organization's website, click Football, and click Schedule. The schedule lists scores for previous games plus recaps and photos for select games. To view the current CIAA standings, click Standings. Some schools in the CIAA are Bowie State University, Elizabeth City State University, Johnson C. Smith University, Virginia State University and Winston-Salem State University.

The CIAA is a Division II athletic conference that began at Hampton Institute in 1912. As of 2016, it is the oldest African-American athletic conference in the country. The CIAA includes 12 historically black universities, with eight of them located in North Carolina. One school, Bowie State University, is in Maryland, and another school, Lincoln University, is in Pennsylvania. Two of the schools, Virginia State University and Virginia Union University, are in Virginia. The CIAA sponsors 16 conference sports, including football, basketball, cross country, men's baseball and women's softball. The conference divides members into two divisions, North and South, during the regular season.
