The Cactus League website has a detailed location map and driving directions for each of the 10 spring training ballparks situated in Arizona. Half of the teams in Major League Baseball play their spring training games in Arizona's Cactus League, while the other half play in Florida's Grapefruit League.
Most of the MLB's spring training stadiums in Arizona are multifunctional. Surprise Stadium doubles as an event hosting location, while Tempe Diablo Stadium doubles as a college baseball complex. Several teams, including the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, share a stadium to cut down on overall costs and infrastructure demand. Sloan Park, built by the Chicago Cubs franchise just outside of Mesa, is the newest stadium in the Cactus League, as of 2015.
