New Smyrna Speedway tickets are available for purchase on the official website Newsmyrnaspeedway.org. As of July 2015, the price for the tickets range from $13 to $40, depending on the event and the nature of the ticket. Reserved seating comes at an additional price.
Senior citizens and military personnel are eligible for discounted prices. An I.D. is mandatory to qualify for the discounted price. Kids below the age of 11 are eligible for free admission only when a paying adult accompanies them. The Main Grandstand consists of reserved seating and is limited to the top six rows.
Located near New Smyrna Beach, Florida, New Smyrna Speedway is a stock car racing speedway with a race on every Saturday night. The race is organized by the Florida Association of Stock Car Automobile Racing. The track is 0.48 mile long and is an asphalt track. There is a smaller track in the infield for quarter-midget racing. This track is called the Little New Smyrna Speedway and has a race every Friday night.
Originally built as a clay track in 1964, the speedway was converted to asphalt track in 1967. The World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing is hosted at New Smyrna Speedway in February every year. The Florida Governor's Cup 200 Super Late Model race is also hosted at the tracks every year during November.
