How Does the Sun Produce Light?

The sun produces light through a process of constant nuclear reaction in which atoms interact and produce high levels of energy. Human beings can feel the effects of this reaction as it produces both heat and light energy.

The energy of the sun is essential for life on Earth since it facilitates various processes like the manufacturing of food by plants.
