In 2012, automobiles made up the largest bulk of imported products at 5.15 percent. Other commodities imported by Iraq included raw iron bars, refined petroleum, raw sugar, wheat, rice, insulated wire, vegetable and seed oils, iron pipes and structures, poultry meat and eggs.
