Blue tick beagles grow to be 18 to 35 pounds and approximately 13 to 16 inches tall. They are compact and lean and usually have a mix of colors. Typical colors can be brown, tan, black, red, liver or lemon. Blue tick beagles have a broad head and chest, short tail, narrow abdomen, large eyes and long ears. They are good tempered and playful. Blue tick beagles are low maintenance pets.
