A beagle mixed with an English bulldog may be called a beabull. Beabulls are playful and loving but have a strong independent streak. Most beabulls have the wrinkles and short legs of the bulldog but the long muzzle and ears of the beagle.
Beabulls weigh around 30 pounds at maturity. They are very social dogs and enjoy being with people. They are good with children. Beabulls tend to be lazy and mild mannered. They require only moderate exercise consisting of a lengthy daily walk and the occasional game of fetch. Beabulls shed heavily and need to be brushed frequently. Most beabulls have the bulldog's overbite and need to fed out of wide, shallow dishes.
