Divide integers the same way you do with whole numbers. Divide the absolute values, and then determine the sign of the answer based on the signs of the integers you are dividing.

Determine whether the answer is positive or negative by looking at the signs of the original integers. If you divide integers with the same sign, the answer is always positive. When you divide integers with different signs, the result is always negative.
Add the new positive or negative sign to your answer.
