Clean a greasy kitchen cabinet using undiluted white vinegar solution or dish soap and hot water. Mineral spirits also clean kitchen cabinets. Other than the cleaning solutions, clean rags, a sponge and paper towels are handy in completing this task.
To use the vinegar, pour the solution onto a clean rag, and use the rag to wipe the grease off the cabinet surfaces, taking care to reach all the cabinet corners and crevices. Remove the grease from the rag by rinsing it in warm water. Squeeze excess water out of the rag, and wipe the cabinet again with the rag to remove any grease remnants. Once the cabinet is grease-free, use the paper towel to dry the surfaces by blotting.
To use dish soap and hot water, mix the two into a uniform solution, soak a sponge fitted with a nylon scouring pan in the solution, and use the sponge to rub the grease of the cabinet surfaces in circular motions, taking care to use the pad-fitted side on stubborn stains. To maintain the solution's melting ability, replace it with a hot one once it cools as you continue rubbing. Soak a clean rag in water, wring out excess water, and rinse the cabinet by wiping the surfaces with the rag before blotting them dry with the paper towels.
