Manuals for WaterRidge toilets are not available online, as of January 2016. The toilets are a generic brand that Costco imported from manufacturers in China and labeled with the WaterRidge brand for North American markets. Costco no longer sells these toilets, and no other retailers appear to offer them.
Costco sold standard and elongated models of dual-flush WaterRidge toilets between 2008 and 2015. The toilets were inexpensive and typically cost less than $170. Consumers expressed initial satisfaction with the toilets, but plumbers expressed concerns over the lack of availability of replacement parts and components that were sized differently, such as small trapways, and parts that are incompatible with standard replacements available.
