Dacor offers four oven collections called Classic, Discovery, Renaissance and Distinctive, and each collection has its own styling and features. Many of the wall ovens and ranges come with a RapidHeat™ element for fast preheating, a four-part convection system, a reverse air flow cooling system, GlideRack™ systems, halogen lighting, a self-cleaning function and a digital temperature probe. Timed and delay cooking features, two timers and a clock are standard. Many come with dehydrate, proofing and Sabbath modes as well.

The company launched in California in 1933, and it is still family owned and operated as of 2015. All of its products are designed and made in the United States.
