The troubleshooting tips are presented in the form of a chart that lists the most commonly reported problems, possible causes and a remedy for each problem or a link to a video or manual to help the customer try the remedy. Each page allows the user to look up information and operator’s manuals for that product category or for a specific model’s professional shop manual. If professional help is needed, there is a link to the authorized service center directory to have the product professionally inspected and serviced.
