The top-selling cordless phones are the VTech CS6114, the Panasonic KX-TGE233B and the AT&T EL 52203/52300/52303, according to Amazon.com and BestBuy.com as of April 2015. In general, VTech, Panasonic and AT&T are the top-selling cordless phone brands on both websites.
Using the amplified frequency that comes with the use of DECT 6.0, the VTech CS6114 is equipped with enhanced digital technology. It includes all of the basic features consumers expect landline telephones to have, such as caller identification, call waiting, backlit keys and a liquid-crystal display. The phone itself is white with gray accents and lime green backlighting, and its wall-mounted base features the same shade of white.
As a telephone, the Panasonic KX-TGE233B offers the same features as the VTech CS6114, but its enhanced features are what make up for its tripled price margin over the VTech model. The Panasonic offers three different phones, one connected to the main base and two to store around the house, and it can be linked to a smartphone to provide the user with caller ID services at any time. The phones' appearances are basic with black bodies and silver keys.
The AT&T EL 52203/52300/52303 offer similar features to the Panasonic KX-TGE233B. The EL52300 and EL52303 have three phones like the Panasonic model, but the EL52203 has one main phone and only one additional phone. The phones are silver with orange backlit keys, and the EL52300 model includes black accents.
