Starbucks, Amazon and Clive Coffee sell coffee makers with internal tanks that reach 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Thermal carafes that keep coffee hot are available on some models.
Starbucks offers the velocity brew 10-cup coffee maker by Bunn. Water is heated in a stainless steel internal hot water tank with a quick-brew option that keeps the water hot and ready to use. To enhance flavor, the coffee maker uses a spray head to wet the grounds evenly. The carafe has a double wall that maintains heat for two hours. The appliance measures 15.2 inches high by 14 deep by 8 inches wide.
Amazon presents 8-cup Bonavita coffee makers with either glass or insulated carafes. Water is released from the tank when it has reached 200 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. The glass version has a keep-warm heater with automatic shutoff that holds the temperature for two hours. Coffee is ready in five to six minutes.
Clive's Coffee sells the Technivorm CDGT coffee maker with a copper heating element that produces coffee in about seven minutes. One cycle brews 8 standard-sized cups or 10 European cups. A carafe keeps coffee hot for about 1 1/2 hours. An automatic stop feature lets the carafe be pulled out before the end of the cycle. The appliance runs 16 inches by 7 inches by 12 inches.
