Lack then decided to begin selling appliances and eventually furniture. In 1990, Myles Aaronson, Sam Lack's son-in-law, purchased the company from Lack and his son Stanley. He then changed the company's name to Lacks Valley Furniture in 1995. As of 2015, the company is owned by Aaronson's son Lee.
