Customers have to provide the appliance type, model number, serial number and type of problem they are experiencing. Customers then need to provide their location information, choose an available date and time, and receive a confirmation of their service appointment.
For customers who have purchased their appliance within the last 12 months, service and repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The customer must provide his purchase receipt at the service appointment. Customers who have purchased an extended service plan must schedule service directly through the service provider listed on their plan.
