If a Bosch dishwasher does not drain, the drain pump might be faulty. Test the drain pumps motor with an Ohmmeter. A faulty pump motor is irreparable and must be replaced. Check whether the drain hose and the drain valve are clogged and clean them out. If the problem persists, examine the drain impeller and the garbage disposer, replacing them accordingly if faulty.
If the dishwasher does not clean, it might not be getting sufficient water. Check if the water inlet valve is clogged or blocked. A water inlet valve cannot be cleaned or fixed and must be replaced. Examine if the belt of the water pump, which is located at the bottom of the motor, is broken or worn out. If this does not fix the issue, confirm that all the washer arm assemblies are not clogged and are getting enough water.
If the dishwasher does not operate, first confirm that the appliance is switched on and the power cord is fully plugged into a working electrical outlet. Replace any blown fuses and reset tripped circuit breakers. If the problem persists, inspect the touchpad and replace it if defective.Learn more about Dishwashers
