Coat the car with water. The easiest way to do this is to turn on a garden sprinkler and aim it at the car for a couple of hours.
Once the car has been soaked for a couple of hours, use a commercial grade soap made especially for automobiles to wash the car. You must be careful to protect the top coat of your car. Check the pH level of the cleaner and make sure it is not more than 7.0
Just as important as the type of soap you use, you need to use a soft terry cloth towel. Do not use an abrasive sponge or try to scrape the egg off with a hard object.
You may need to use an automotive rubbing compound to remove the remaining stain. The chemical reaction from the egg whites and egg yolks might require extra attention. Follow the directions on the rubbing compound to restore the clear coat shine.
