The Sears website lists specifications for all refrigerators sold through the site. Each individual product page has a long list of specifications users can browse to determine whether the appliance is appropriate for their use.
Each refrigerator has a dedicated product page with specifications organized in a chart that is easy to read. The chart is divided into different sections, such as dimensions and capacity, durability, color and styling, performance, and conveniences. Within each of these headings is all of the specifications and features that are relevant. For example, the conveniences heading includes number of shelves, number of bins and whether the shelves are adjustable. The heading groups alternate colors so the groups do not run together while the user is reading them.
The site also allows users to select up to five refrigerators to compare specifications. Many of the same category headings from the individual product pages are included in the resulting chart. Each line alternates colors, making it easy to focus on a single feature for all five appliances, even when in the middle of the list. There are "back to top" links after each category, so users can quickly jump to the top of the page after getting their desired information.
