Reportedly, the bath seats are not intended for, and should not be used, with certain types of non-traditional or sunken bathtubs. When used in these types of tubs, the seats can break and/or tip over, and the child can fall into the tub. These particular Safety 1st Tubside Bath Seats have Model Number 44301 engraved on the bottom of the base and "Safety 1st" is printed on the front of the units. They are white and blue and have a swivel seat and an elbow cushion on the attachment arm.
