Some of the problems with Keurig coffee makers include hot liquid escaping from certain Mini Plus brewing system units during use, coffee grounds in the cup, and the brewer not brewing full cups. Keurig has voluntarily recalled Mini Plus model number K10, formerly B31, that was produced before July 2014.
Owners of the recalled Mini Plus model K10/B31 can obtain a free repair kit, which is easy to install and resolves the hot water escape issue. Grounds in the cup and short cups occur when coffee grounds or cocoa mix clog the exit needle. Removing and cleaning the exit needle according to the manufacturer's instructions usually resolves the problems.
