Warranties may only be redeemed by the purchaser of the heater. In order to qualify for the warranty, proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be provided. The proof of purchase must have a purchase date within one year of the claim.

Heaters must be properly installed, maintained and operated. Warranties do not cover shipping damage or normal wear and tear. Damage from weather or animals is also not covered.

Defective heaters must be returned to Master at the expense of the owner. Master ships a repaired or replacement heater to the owner at no cost.
