Pantone color guide charts can be found online at ExcaliburCreations.com. Designers are cautioned, however, that it is impossible for computer monitors to exactly replicate print process colors, so the colors represented on any online Pantone guide are not necessarily accurate.
As of 2015, Pantone is one of the major color models in use. Pantone's color matching system is not designed for use on the Web; it is meant for things that are physically printed with Pantone formula ink. The original Pantone system consisted of books or chips printed with the ink and displaying the ink's numerical code and formula. These books and chips are still available and can be ordered online from the Pantone company website.
