To qualify for the Ridgid lifetime service agreement, you must register a product within 90 days of purchase. Enter the required information on the Product Registration page, and print the corresponding confirmation page. Mail the confirmation page along with your original product receipt to Ridgid's Hand Held and Stationary Power Tool Technical Service at PO Box 1427, Anderson, SC 29622. An email confirmation with a customer ID number and official verification status is sent within about six to eight weeks. The customer ID number is necessary for any service claims made for that product.
