Online payments to Con Edison are processed through the My Account service center located on the company website. The My Account service center allows users to pay bills, view account information, submit meter readings and locate past bills.
To register for the My Account service, visit the Con Edison website, and select My Account Home. On the subsequent page, select Register Now if you are a new user, or enter your username and password if you have previously accessed the service center.
To register your account for online bill paying, you must provide Con Edison with a valid email address and your 15-digit account number. After submitting this information, select New User, and enter a username and password. You can access all of the My Account services, including online bill paying, Immediately after registration.
After registration, link your bank account or credit card to the service center to submit a Con Edison bill payment. Payments are processed and applied to your account on the same day if submitted before 5 p.m. ET.
Registering your account online allows you to access all online payment features, including eBill, direct payment and pay-by-Internet.
All Con Edison online payments submitted through the service center are secure, paperless and convenient. Upon submission, wait to receive an email notifying you that your bill has been processed and is ready to view.
