German manufacturer Fritsch makes a line of machines to suit the needs of a range of different pastry types. For example, Fritsch makes three types of cutting tables that are ideal for apple turnovers, croissants and Danish pastry products.
Fritsch makes eight other machines adapted for different purposes. For example, the Easyline is described as an all-around good, reliable machine with fair results. Then there is the Euroline, which is more appropriate for professional pastry production. This machine can produce up to 9,000 Chelsea buns or 18,000 folded turnovers per hour. The Multicut machine is the most compact of the Fritsch line, and is ideal for coiled or twisted pastries.
