Henry Company offers a variety of products including roofing systems, roof underlayments, reflective coatings, adhesive and primers. Henry Company also sells air barriers, waterproofing, performance additives, driveway sealers and spray foam insulation. Incorporated in 1981, Henry Company is an innovator of building envelope systems. It is mainly a supplier of air and vapor barrier, roofing and waterproofing products. As of 2015, Henry Company operates in the United States and Canada.
Henry Company originally catered to areas in Southern California, but the company has grown to become a leading national supplier. In 1998, it acquired the leading manufacturer of cements, roof coatings and driveway maintenance products, Monsey Bakor Inc. This made Henry Company one of the largest manufacturers of roof coatings and cements in North America.
Henry Company designs its roofing products for all seasons and weather conditions, including hot and cold climates. Its products guard roofs against ice dams, prevent internal damage due to wind-driven rains, and counter effects of excessive heat. There are different products designed for different areas, such as tornado or hurricane-prone areas.
Henry Company designs its air barrier products to provide seamless continuity and structural integrity. It eliminates uncontrolled air leakage. Air barriers make it possible to control air quality, moisture, humidity and temperature throughout the building. They improve air movement through the wall assembly, resulting in better building performance, and reduce cooling and heating costs.
